Membership Pro registration redirect error

Hi,

I have two questions:

1) I have a free user level in membership pro. when I use the membership pro registration for free user, the page redirects to an error 404 page and no email is sent to the user

2) is there any way to have different profile for different membership levels?

Try to re-save permalinks by going to Wp-Admin -> Settings -> Permalinks -> Save Changes

What plugin add the captcha on the register form ?

PMPro gives you this feature. Go to advance setting.

Re-saving Permalink didn’t help.

I’ve tried to reproduce the error on my install locally, and the error not appears.

Do you have any other plugins installed and active other than kleo theme comes ?
