Membership | Receive and send Private Message

Hello!

I am about to create some membership plans in order to restrict specially PRIVATE MESSAGE between members. The millhon dollar question is:

Can a membership receive and send message with all members or only send it? Didn’t quite understood this, but if not this is a quite issue!

Any thoughts about this would be quite appreciated or a solution as well if possible!

Members that are restricted can receive, but can not open/read the message, can not reply to the message, nor can they compose a new message.
