Membership registration not possible?

Hello boys & girls,

i have a problem with my registration. the user´s are registraded but i got no mails that the user have registraded.
And i didn´t see the users at the dashboard. can anybody help me?

Install and configure this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ with the correct settings.
