Membership restriction access for individual bp groups

Hi,
it’s possible to add membership restrictions for individual bp groups?

eg.

Access for Group A – Free
Access for Group B – Free
Access for Group C – Level 1 only

Making those changes implies custom work which requires programming skills and a dedicated amount of time that isn’t covered by our support team.
