Just need a little help setting 1 membership type up but need to do it right because there’s no other way of testing it out.
I had the site free for users to sign up and now that I have some users signed up, I would like to offer a 14 day free trial and then charge them a monthly fee of $19.99.
The current plan just has an Initial Payment of $0.00 and nothing else checked. Should I keep the Initial Payment to $0.00, select Recurring Subscription, add Billing Amount of $19.99 per 1 Month, Billing Cycle to 0, select Custom Trial, Trial Billing Amount to $0.00 for the first 1 subscription payment.
My question is how do I set the monthly billing cycle to start after 14 days of free trial? 1 subscription payment means a full month for free. Should the Billing Amount of $19.99 be set per 14 Days? But then does that mean the billing cycle will be every 14 days? It should be every month but the first 14 days is free. Please advise.
