    The Paid Memberships Pro system is not working properly. I have configured a 7 Day Membership to expire in 7 days but it’s not expiring in 7 days. For example: on July 14, 2015 a member paid for a 7 day membership and the system sent me an email confirming the details of the new membership account and the message included the following text: “This membership will expire on July 27, 2015.” Why is a 7 day membership expiring in 14 days. What can be done to fix this?

    Hello, check out level settings, make sure its set to to 1 Week, in Membership > Levels

    I checked. It’s configured to “Expires In: 7 day(s)”

    Why is the system sending an email explaining a 14 day expiration? How can this be fixed?
