Hi I have 2 issues.

Firstly, I had my site set up with a sticky, transparent but dark menu which I liked. I have had 2 weeks break from my site, and when I go back on my menu is no longer sticky and the items aren’t appearing. I have tried to edit the page, but its being overridden. And when I do manage to get the menu to appear, some items are missing.

secondly I am not keen on the grey background, it look like coding, but I’m reluctant to touch it. Thanks

Hi. I think I was just sorting out my shop. My menu was done and I was happy with it. I have noticed WordPress updated, but other than that I have no idea. The sticky, dark and transparent menu just happened, and I liked it, but now its gone.
My shop isn’t easily showing in the menu. Also, before my 2 week break I had a dashboard showing related to the e-learning.
Now I have a members menu appearing unexpectedly on the top right, which I like, but I have no idea what has happened to the rest.
Also, the icons on the top left weren’t there before. I don’t need 2 sets.
Now everytime I change the settings on an individual page it is being overridden, but I don’t know where from.
Sorry to moan, but everytime I feel I’m getting somewhere something happens to screw it it. Frustrating

Hi. I save my site to updraft every week, but cant find a screen shot, sorry. I’m not very technical as you probably gathered already.
It was dark and transparent at the same time. It was also sticky. My logo was central and the menu items were underneath. It is the menu named – Kleotopnav. Now the only way I can get a menu up is to have the top bar showing, but some menu items are obscured, and its not sticky. I cant seem to set it on the individual page, as it just goes back to how it was.
I now seem to have a special members menu at the top right, which I like, but some top bar menu items are hidden behind it.
I hope this helps! if you still nedd a screenshot I will have to try and sort one out.

YES!!! that’s the one. I loved it, it disappeared. I am unable to override the settings. There is a huge space now between the header and top slider. When I try and set it by editing page the changes revert back.
The menu is just what I wanted.

There are millions of social sharing buttons I cant get rid of. I seem to be unable to override something.

Thanks. The menu is back to how it was, a top bar. This isn’t the one. What seems to be happening is that it is defaulting back. This is what I’m trying to tell you. I know how to get rid of some sharing buttons, but cant because it is being over ridden by something. This has happened in the last 2 weeks but I don’t know how or why.
I need to get this sorted because I am being held back. There is a huge space under the header that I cant get rid of. I have tried settings under Theme options and on each individual page, but I still cant change it. I cant open my website looking like this. I don’t want to change theme again as I like this one.
What is overriding everything and preventing me from setting it up as I want to. This has only begun happening recently. I have disabled some more plugins

Hey Laura
The screen shot you sent me above is perfect, the dark, translucent sticky header menu.
There are big white gaps under the headers where the page name is. I am setting these on the individual pages but they are defaulting back. I cant override them. That’s the issue. I’m not sure why its happening. I was able to do it before and choose my menu, sharing buttons and to not have the page name showing.

Just to update you, I still have no menu, but I have managed to change the title settings and sharing button settings, and so far it is staying.

Hello, the changes issue i’m pretty sure is cache related, if its not your website then maybe the server is cached. Can you ask your provider about it? because some changes are not saving and i’m a bit blind about what i’m doing

Hi Laura.
I have gotten support with inmotion hosting. It seemed to be sorted, but menu still not showing. I have deleted a load of plugins and activated wp super cache.
could you try the menu again please. I tried but cant get it to show, Thanks

Hello, made some css adjustments that should make the menu as you wanted, but cache is not showing it, sadly i cannot do much more when its a cache issue

Hi, it seems to be rectified now. My menus are different now, 2 different looking ones. Did you use the kleonav menu? If you could kindly let me know how you did it i will change all of the menus to the darker sticky one with the blue menu items, like is on he home page.
