Menu Demo not loading

Hi

1. Followed your documentation for loading democontent, but menu items are not loaded. Menu name ( kleoTopMenu,…)  appearing in menu section.

Other demo content was loaded.

2. Kleo Logout menu item link leads to 503 error page
