Menu Items and minor CSS questions

Hello:

We have used this as a mobile app, but we have a few questions:

1. Do you offer customization services; if so, what rate?
2. Can the left and right menu extend over the entire width of the screen instead of partially?
3. The Notifications and Messages links are listed twice; how can we remove them from the sub menu under the profile name?
4. Also a small change in the submenu, can we remove “BuddyDrive” or at least change the name of it? We are not sure of its purpose.
5. When any link is clicked, it takes time for the website to actually respond. Can we trigger the loading screen IMMEDIATELY after they click any menu item?
