Menu Link to New Window/Tab

Hello,
I have created a link in my menu at http://www.laprogresiva.org/home-2.
Under the GALERIA menu I have “ACTIVIDADES” which links to a Flickr page. How can I make the link open in a new window or preferably a new tab?
