Good evening, I would like to question.
Kleo I upgraded to version 3.0.10 and I have problems with the navigation.
If I create a new page and insert the menu, I save changes after I did go to check and there are no changes. Also after he saves, sometimes, the menu disappears and I have to go look-menu-manage-positions and reset as primary menu kleoNavMenu.
I also try to add items to the menu, but every time I see it saves the changes to the backend, open the site (frontend) and or the menu disappears or not there are any changes.
Why do I have this problem?
Thank you.
October 24, 2015 at 04:18 #83957LauraModeratorHello, what do you mean by insert the menu? The menu should be set to primary menu at Appearance > Menu not in the page itself.

I tried to disable all plugins except BuddyPress and gives me the same error.
Just insert a new item in the menu, save the settings and the menu disappears from the site (http://awesomescreenshot.com/0d05d45h39).I also tried to install an older version of Kleo and gives me the same problem.
How can I fix?
Thank you.

October 30, 2015 at 02:56 #85018LauraModeratorHello, did you add any custom function to the theme? Have you tried activating main theme to see if it happens?

October 30, 2015 at 14:24 #85062RafVinParticipantThank you for answering.
I entered to the theme of the functions in the file function.php. Has always worked, it is a few days that does not appear on the menu just add / edit the existing one. I also tried to create a new menu but the result is always the same (not shown on the site).
I also tried to eliminate all the changes added to the “quick CSS” and does not work the same.
I tried with the theme parent and not working.
I enter the “Live Notifications”, I select the icon for the menu item, go on and save menu when I update the page of the site to see the changes, the menu disappears. When back in the setup menu I see the menu “kleoNavMenu” is no longer set as the primary.
How can I fix?
The site must be made public, and I’m putting off because of this error. Thanks a lot.
October 30, 2015 at 18:43 #85103RafVinParticipantI just tried to import the menu from Appearance – KLEO Demo Date and in the front-end campaiono all entries that are in the back end.
For example, in the back-end insert “Live Notifications” (http://awesomescreenshot.com/0565d8aw4b) and when I go in the front end does not appear (http://awesomescreenshot.com/0575d8bl60).
Why?
Thank you.
October 31, 2015 at 01:06 #85164LauraModeratorHello, if after deactivating your plugins it still doesn’t work, please contact your hosting provider to check out if there is any issue

November 2, 2015 at 01:24 #85384RafVinParticipantI asked my hosting provider and there are no problems.
I noticed that the menu is no longer able to endure more than sixty entries. To insert a new entry must first delete one and then enter what you want. I also noticed that the buttons do not appear on the page rtMedia activities. To make them look before I click on the sidebars or on a blank page and then proceed to upload content. Try to access the site with the data provided and you will understand what I mean.
I think there is some problem with the CSS.
How can I fix?
I must publish the site and are still for these problems.
Thank you very much for your support.

Now it seems to work. There was some mistake?
Regarding rtMedia how can I fix?In practice, the plugin rtMedia is active, I go to my profile and the button to load the file is not there, to make it appear I have to first click on an empty part of the site.
I tried with the theme thirteen and everything works properly.
Thank you.
November 6, 2015 at 12:49 #85920RafVinParticipantThe data access dashboards have become private?
Thank you.
November 6, 2015 at 18:23 #85977RaduModeratorHi,
Yes i have masked your credentials,
I think the issue comes from the cache plugin, but anyway i’ve added this to your theme options -> general settings -> quick css
COPY CODE#buddypress #whats-new-form .rtmedia-container {display:block !important;height: auto !important;}
Let me know if is ok and i can i close the topic.
Best Regards
Radu

I checked if it works and still no go.
I tried to enter the menu item “settings”, I saved, I deleted the cache, reloading the page and shows text in the menu.
I went to see the dashboard looks – menu – and the “settings” was gone.
I tried to disable the plugin cache, I entered again the “settings”, and I saved it works; just insert the pages created by me, except for the changes, mark the site and disappears around the menu (regardless of whether it is active or not the plug-in cache)Thank you.
November 10, 2015 at 18:16 #86658RaduModeratorHi,
Strange behaviour, not i’ve tried to add a test item link to the menu and it works without problem(without clearing cache)
This can be a server issue, this can be caused by max_input_vars limit
Please add this line to your .htaccess
COPY CODEphp_value max_input_vars 5000
If you receive an 500 internal error revert changes and contact your hosting companny and tell em about this setting that you want to have it on your site.
Best Regards
Radu
