    In appearance > menu, the menu style dropdown box is not showing up for one of my websites.

    Hi Marty,

    Thanks for contacting us today, can you confirm to me you have both K Elements installed and updated to the latest version please? You can find updates under Appearance > Install Plugins.

    My api was deleted out for some reason, so theme was not receiving updates.

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear that, did you maybe run a database cleanup tool? Sometimes they remove transients.

    You can go to ThemeForest > Account > Settings > API Keys to manage your old API key or generate a new one. Once you have this you can go to Theme Options > Theme Update and enter your ThemeForest username and API key.

    You should then go to Dashboard > Updates > Click: Check for updates to make sure you have the latest version of KLEO. Once you have updated KLEO you can go to Appearance > Install Plugins and update any of the plugins you use.
