Sorry to hear that, did you maybe run a database cleanup tool? Sometimes they remove transients.
You can go to ThemeForest > Account > Settings > API Keys to manage your old API key or generate a new one. Once you have this you can go to Theme Options > Theme Update and enter your ThemeForest username and API key.
You should then go to Dashboard > Updates > Click: Check for updates to make sure you have the latest version of KLEO. Once you have updated KLEO you can go to Appearance > Install Plugins and update any of the plugins you use.
