Menu that scrolls to section on one-page

Hi Guys,

I really tried to find the documentation for that but cound not find how to do it:

We have a one-page site for our event and I want to include a menu, so people can easily get to a section on that page.  (the page is fairly long).

How can I do this: I tried to load the demo content from the restaurant, but it did not import the menue.
