message can't be sent from ''Friends / private message ''

2 questions :

1: cant send private message from the ” friends / private message ” . Even i press the private message button, doesnt jump to the message page.
(plz refer to the pic)

2:If someone could answer with this forum.

2 – You have caching enabled on your server. Contact your host. Or disable whatever caching plugin you have installed if any.
