Hello,
How can I get the Age field labels that say “Select day,” “Select month,” and “Select year” to show up on the register form, as seen in the attached screen shot? (Screenshot #1)
The three “select” labels that are supposed to be above each box are currently missing on the register page. (Screenshot #2)
