Missing logo’s

Hey guys

We have noticed that images (logo’s) used within our platform have ‘disappeared’.

Please see the attached screenshots. One shows where the ‘mum+’ logo normally sits on the page, and two show where it has ‘disappeard’. The links for the latter are here: https://mumplus.co.nz/what-happens-pregnancy/ and https://staging-mumplus.kinsta.com/baby-nutrition-videos/

I have also included a screenshot showing the last revision for one of the above pages, showing where the logo was inserted – and it’s now gone.

Can you please advise further on this issue and how it can be resolved.

Hello, what was the last change you did to the website? Have you checked maybe a cache plugin that could be preventing the logos to appear? Try to deactivate a few plugins and test again

Thanks for your reply. I have deactivated any relevant plugins and cleared the cache but the issue remains.

See screenshots of the code and then the comparative visual – the logo image should be showing.

Hello, that is not a logo but an image of a text box, i’m not sure why is that related to the logos?
This seems just a formatting issue, you may have saved an older version of the page and it didnt save the image, try to add it again and save the page.
I can also take a look if you share admin access and the page i should look at, but this is not something related to the theme
