Missing paragraph and heading in editor

Hi, probably the easiest question in the world to answer but I couldn’t find it on google..

I’d like to put heaings into my blog posts but can’t without editing the code. Do you know where there paragraph and headings option is please? It looks like this: https://www.diigo.com/item/image/55mss/sb3t?size=o

Click in the editor and press shift-alt-z
