Missing submit or post button

I’m not sure if this just happened or has always been like this?

Please see: https://potatoesandrice.com/members/sweetpotatoe/ and look under the “what’s new” area.  You can type something there, but there seems to be no way to post what you’ve typed?

Just add this to wp-admin -> theme options -> Styling options -> Quick css

COPY CODE

#whats-new-options {
    opacity: 1 !important;
    display: block !important;
}
