    Good day,

    New user of the Kelo Theme and love it so far.

    I have an established community already which I lock down using PmPro.  After the theme update members have told me that they are concerned because non members can access their profile pages from mobile devices.

    • 7-4 (pic)- Displays who is online.  If you are on a mobile device and select the online member you will go to their profile and into the community.  On the PC this does not happen.  You can also see that I am not logged into the community.
    • 7-7 – (pic) Is a list of the recent members on the home page.  Like the 7-4, can be clicked on using a mobile device and their profiles viewed as well as being inside the community pages.

    Best wishes,

    Mr Fox

    Please update the theme to latest version and the afferent plugins, you can check the plugin update status from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.

    If this is useless please follow these steps to enable wp debug:

    •  Connect to your server by FTP
    • Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
    • Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE
    COPY CODE
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

    •   After this line add this:
    COPY CODE
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).

    Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.

    If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.

    After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.

    Cheers

    Laura,

    I genuinely appreciate your help. I am embarrassed to admit this but…

    I was also experiencing other formatting issues when viewed on a mobile device. If you look at the 7-7 picture above you will see a line through a sentence. Long story short it turned out to be a setting in JetPack under mobile theme. Once I deactivated the setting the theme functions beautifully on mobiles. It looks beautiful as well.

    JetPack>Settings>Mobile Theme – Deactivated

    My sincere gratitude for your assistance…
