Mobile left menu not working

I recently purchased BuddyApp (version 1.1.1) and the desktop theme looks great and works perfectly. However when I’ve viewed the site on my mobile (iPhone 6) on both Safari and Chrome, the left side menu isn’t showing any options, it’s blank. The only thing it says is “MENU”… When I try to touch off it, it also doesn’t let me do anything – it stays there until I reload the page.

Is there any way to fix it? (bear in mind I’m an amateur when it comes to development).
