Mobile Live Notifications are not working as they should

The notifications aren’t working as they should on mobile devices. Everything appears fine on the desktop version

1) The menu is not updating live as it should
2) A gray box appears which I am guessing should be a notification window, but it is empty
3) The notifications aren’t showing the correct number.
