mobile menu keep closing

Hi,

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the sidebar, I cannot see the hamburger side menu toggle in your main menu to test this issue. Can you let me know if there is a custom element I should be clicking or enable the standard toggle so that I can look into this for you.

Also this may well be a caching or plugin conflict, please try disabling all plugins expect for K Elements and BuddyPress as well as all caching on Wordress and the server and any CDN. Once this is disabled please purge your local cache (Ctrl+F5) and see if the issue persists.

Hi,

I just checked your site on mobile and I can now see the issue. I believe you have WP Fastest Cache installed, please try purging and disabling this plugin – then on your mobile purge all stored data (except for passwords and form data) and see if the issue persists.

Let me know when your caching is disabled so I can test from my end too.

Just disabled the plugin and nothing happen.
I also use cache plugin on https://gestiunepfa.ro/ and menu works here on mobile.
I couldn’t find a solution on comunitate.gestiunepfa.ro

Hi,

I can see the caching disabled, thanks for trying that, it’s worth ruling out the cache straight of the bat with all issues like this.

Do you have the ability with your host to put your site in a staging environment, whether live or local? If so please do and try disabling all plugins except for K Elements and BuddyPress (make sure they’re both up to date).

If you do not please make a full backup of your site files and database and place your site into maintenance mode. Once in maintenance mode and you have a full and safe backup please try disabling all plugins except for K Elements and BuddyPress.

Please keep caching disabled for the plugin tests. Once you have deactivated all of the plugins you will need to completely purge your cache on your mobile device (as before) and test to see if the issue is no longer present. If the issue is no longer present please enable the plugins one by one, clearing your cache and testing each time, until the plugin causing the issue is found.

If after these tests the issue is still present please let me know and update this ticket, in a private reply, with admin credentials for your site.

I checked all plugins. Wp support plus its causing the problem. I will keep it disabled till new updates.
