Mobile Menu/ Some Content in mobile not showing

Hello,

My mobile menu seems to not be opening once again I am guessing it stopped after the theme update and wordpress update. Not really sure , however the menu is not opening, and the content that normally shows on my mobile site from visual composer is not showing when I access it using my Iphone 6 I have cleared the cache on both ends however the problem still is there.

Please help very confused on what to do happen before but can’t remember what was done to fix this issue for both the menu and content that is not loading. I have disabled all plugins and tried to see if that was the problem however no luck.

Not sure what else to do it has done this before during the last theme update I updated the plugins no luck still

I have also noticed it works fine on the ipad nut not on the Iphone 6

Hello, do you use a cdn or cache? Sometimes even if a plugin is deactivated it may be still causing issues

I do have a varnish plugin app from dreamhost however I deleted the plugin and tried it again still with no luck

I do see “object-cache.php
Memcached Redux ” in drop ins under plugins but that’s all I see

Hi,

I have accessed your site from an iPhone device and the menu works pretty well without issues.
About your content, please be sure that you didn’t made some configurations from Visual Composer that might hide your content on certain devices/resolutions.
