I am having a mobile redirect issue. Please assist.

I have created an app with goodbarber, and created the set up as they requested, but the problem is in the iOS/android version I get a double header (please view attached screenshot). I have contacted them for support, but they keep telling me to remove the html redirect, if I do this then the mobile version will not be redirected, and the users will have to type m.frenchrivieraconnect.com version on their own. Apparently out of all of their clients that use this, all of them have all 3 working except for me, so I am wondering what I did wrong. They keep giving me the same answer=/ Is it possible you take a look for me please I will donate if this is something that is not available in the support topics. I would really appreciate someone with more expertise to take a look and help me see what I am missing in the set up. I can give you all the logins necessary to check it out. The only version is the html version that looks fine, but the downloadable seem as if they are redirected within the html app therefore you view a double header.

Instructions were:
Add a CNAME
Add HTML tag to header
