Mobile Safari and Desktop IE Issues

Hi,

I’ve created a beautiful website at nwos4g.com but I am having two issues:

First on mobile Safari (iOS 8+): the background images do not seem to scale down. Works fine on Safari for OS X, Chrome for desktop and Android, and Internet Explorer for Win/RT/Phone.

Second issue is that scrolling in IE 11 for Windows and Win RT is very choppy, which is not a problem in Safari or Chrome.

I am updated to the latest versions of Kleo, WP, VC, Windows, OS X, iOS, and Android.

Any help is appreciated!

Hello, what do you mean they don’t scaled down?
We tested IE11 on Windows 8 and haven’t noticed something wrong.
Try to put some screenshots please
