Mobile Version Not Loading

Hello

My mobile version of my site is not working. It is loading the site however the menu section of the site is not opening. It is also not showing content that I can normally see on the desktop version. The device I use is a iphone not sure how it is on other devices. However this problem has existed for a while I was wondering is this a known issue? and Is there something I could do so it can be accessed mobily need help asap.

Hello, as i see it doesnt show the pictores of the shop, am i right? Have you tried disabling custom plugins that may conflict?

Yes I have however It does not seem to be helping. Not sure whats going on.

It also is not showing some text that I also have not sure what could be the issue with that either.

Hi, you enabled the side menu for the mobile but make sure the sidemenu is ON too(in Theme options – Side menu)

Also your slider is Revolution Slider and make sure you go trough all setting and also mobile related

Yes it is enabled however it is still not working for me . The slider works fine . It’s the content under the slider like my recent products and animated text that I have that is not working.

The menu issue I have been having for a while now. I followed the instructions provided still having the same issue however.

You have a Javascript error in app.min.js
that should not contain errors. try to update your theme

How do I go about doing that ? It does not show a update for some reason.. I tried to redownload the theme from themeforest but I overused my download limit .. Is there a specific way I should check?

Strange… try to contact Envato to increase the download limit..

I did contact envato I also installed the theme once again however still having same issue .

I am still having this issue after reinstalling the theme I really need my site back up as soon as possible any suggestion or help?

I just checked your site and the mobile menu opens fine. So to be clear, you click the mobile menu icon and it does not open, that is the problem?

What iPhone are u using?
