Mobile view

Hi there,

I am facing some display issues in my website. It is the catalogue of my products, showing okay in desktop but not in mobile. Even when I use the search button, the count of the keyword is correct (2 products, for example) but the products are not showing, and there is no way to click on the product to view the details.

I tried in iPhone 6 using Safari & Chrome, same output which is no product catalogue.

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those
– Updated, no change

Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.
– WooCommerce plugin, when disabled all the images affected are working alright. But of course the core issue is that the products are not displaying hence it is not solving when disable.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?
– No change

Previously, the issue only exists in mobile view, but after updating, both desktop and mobile is having the same issue.

Please assist us, appreciate your prompt reply on this.

Hi,

I tried changing the theme to the default twenty sixteen in wordpress.

All my products in Woocommerce are showing alright, enabling the purchase transaction.

Sorry for the consistent messages here.

I think there is definitely a glitch in KLEO theme and WooCommerce plugin on my site.

When I enabled the sidebar, I am able to click on the product page and add to cart. Transactions are possible only for products on sidebar, upon clicking directly goes to the product page and it is viewing alright.

However, when I click from categories, the listing is blank.
