How do I change the default login background from http://seventhqueen.com/themes/buddyapp/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/login_background.jpg? Thank you.

you must edit the “Login” Site. At the Below you can see the field “Background”

Thank you. And this edit is in CSS? Or a PHP file? I don’t find anything with the name Login.

If you havent already, import the Login page (Appearance > Theme Demo Data > Specific Page). Then edit the login page. The field that @keyandcee was referring to is there under Theme General Options.
