ParticipantHi!
Is there a possibility to modify quick profile navigation.
If a woman is seeking for a man, I want quick navigation to show only men.
Why that woman would be interested to see other women? 😮December 28, 2013 at 12:47 #8838Abe
KeymasterHi, That browses trough all members by default. You are right though 🙂
The function that generates it is located in custom_buddypress/bp-functions.php and it is named bp_add_profile_navigation()Modify it to match your needs. PHP/Wordpress knowledge required.

ParticipantHi,
My apologies for adding to this topic but I posted mine a few days ago and still awaiting a response.
I had my quick profile navigation modified to navigate through men or women and whichever fields are selected but after the theme update it is not working.
It is still only navigating through the entire site.
Please help.

Keymasterhi @neelesh7
sorry for the late reply. That probably happens since you modified the theme files and after update they got rewritten. That is why it is recommended to use a child theme for customizations.Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solution -
