Modify the theme’s default ‘Like’ functionality

I want to modify the theme’s default ‘Like’ functionality so that I can know who has liked the posts in my website. Can someone help me with this? I need to know if there are hooks in Kleo theme which help me do this and if not, please help me identify the files so that I can get this implemented.

There’s not any hooks. You’ll have to customize the function. And since anyone, even guests can like a post, you’ll have to figure out how you want to handle that. The file is /kleo/lib/item-likes.php.
