More ad positions

I would like to see more ability to position ads. The one works fine in the header bar but I would like to see a similar ability to add them around the site. If the inventory for these could be managed centrally, probably through a plugin then all the better.

There are some plugins out there that already to that. You could add them in the sidebar or in post content, etc
