More space to Top Menu's right items

Dear support,
I’d like to add some more space to the right items (“community” and the drop down arrow) of the top bar. Please see the link in the next post, and you see what I mean.

Is there a custom CSS to do that?

Please provide a screenshot that pointing out the element that you want to modify and how,

I see the community item menu but i don’t understand where do you want to add space.
