Mouse hover behaviour on images

Hi there,

Currently if I hover over an image that has been added to a page I get the filename showing up.  Is there any way to change this to be “Follow us on Twitter” if it were a Twitter icon as an example?

I looked through the theme settings and searched around the forum but can’t seem to find a way to do it.

Hello, i can hide the image name but cannot change it to “Follow us on Twitter”
