Move Notifications Bubble

Hey, I decided to go with a relatively small top bar, I’m having issues with the blue notifications bubble and was hoping I could through some custom CSS into the theme (custom CSS field) to move it over the notifications icon perfectly covering it and centered.

If someone can give me a rough idea of what the css code would be, i can tweak the numbers until its in the right spot. See Screenshot:

Doesn’t need to be smaller, just would like to center it on the notifications icon, instead of offset to the top right.

Attached is a wider screenshot so you can see why. I have a smaller top bar and because of that it’s cut off, 🙁
