Move the menu and quick profile nav

How do you move the main menu to the right and lower it so its just above the breadcrumb section and how do you delete the quick profile navigation text but leave the arrows active

To remove the text you can use a plugin like Codestyling Localization or use Poedit to translate the string “quick profile navigation” with ” ”

I have dowloaded Codestyling Localization where do i change the quick profile navigation text

You go to the plugin menu and choose the Sweetdate theme and search for the string you are interested in
