Moving Host

I have had to move my website from one server to another and basically start again. Unfortunately I cannot seem to upload the kleo theme I purchased a month or so back onto the new server. Did not have a problem before can you tell me where I am going wrong please ? If you could give me instructions how to upload I would be grateful . Thank you very much

My problem is quite simple .
1 I purchased the theme.
2 I have had to move my web hosting and domain to a new server
3 I do not appear to be able to upload the theme on my new server.

Is there a limit to how many times I can upload your theme ?

Please note I have had to start a fresh

The Normal procedure is
I purchase the theme
I down load it
I upload it onto my word press site
and it works.

Without wishing to be sarcastic is Is there anything I have to do in between.
