I’m using Kleo from my non-profit organizations website. We’re using multi-site in order to break up our projects, but I want all the sites to use the shared menus (for both the top-bar & navigation menus). I have tried just about everything, including a plugin called “Network Wide Menu”, but nothing has worked for me. I came close at right point, but none of the menu icons appeared on any of sub-sites, though they did work for the main site.

Is there anyway I can accomplish this? I’ve tried to read through the theme files, but not being a programmer, it’s all foreign to me. I have also come across a number of articles that advise against making any modifications to theme files, as those changes will be overwritten when the theme is updated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, you should try that plugin http://wpmututorials.com/plugins/networkwide-menu/ and make sure you read all its steps. Also:
Each of the sub sites must have at least one menu with one or more menu items. The wp_nav_menu() function exits early without displaying a menu if it does not find a menu with menu items.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solution
