Multiple Authors & BuddyPress

I’m trying to do two things:

1. Display multiple authors: I have tried using CoAuthors Plus plug-in but was only able to display the co-author information on the kleo carousel (post-content-carousel.php), but not for the actual content post page and the content page: http://240.b23.myftpupload.com/content. It looks like I would have to edit the kleo_entry_meta function, but I’m not very well versed in PHP in order to make any edits to it. I’m open to any plug-in if you know of one off the top of your head.
2. When clicking on authors, I would like to have it go to an author archive page instead of their BuddyPress member profile. Again I know this is written into the kleo_entry_meta, but don’t know how to un-do it. I’ve hidden all member profiles from the public, so it’s just kicking back to the homepage. I’m not 100% sure if this is due to Kleo, Buddypress, or Paid Membership Pro.

#1 isn’t really all that important, our content folks say that we don’t have to have Co-authors in the byline, it’s a nice to have. #2 is important.
