MultiSite Installation Problem

I have tried to install theme on a multisite setup but when I click on  Dashboard, etc.It shows ‘The page isn’t redirecting properly’

The new site is

And the Theme does not show up.

Also which one should I install activate Kleo or Kleo Child?
