Multisite Installation Theme problem

Hi,

So I set up this algorithmxlab.com/hub multisite using your theme – its installed.

But  I cannot seem to activate the theme I want and cannot see the dashboard etc?  It’s showing ‘The page isn’t redirecting properly’

And the Theme does not show up.

Also which one should I install activate Kleo or Kleo Child?
