my blog disappeared

I hope this isn’t a very stupid question, but I get a 404 error when I go to the “blog” page on my site. It just randomly happened when I imported my main theme options into the child theme options…

Try resaving your permalinks wp admin -> settings -> permalinks. You dont have to change anything, just click save.
