    Hello,

    For some reason it seems as though ‘My Downloads’ of woocommerce products do not display on the Orders / My Downloads tab in Kleo (Manage account in Buddypress set as ON).

    See the attached screencaps which show the downloads in the woocommerce My Account tab, and then none in the Kleo / Profile / Orders / My Downloads endpoint. (Of note, the Recent Orders tab in Profile / Orders does show the completed orders).

    I’m not sure why this is the case. Any ideas?

    Hi

    Just I’ve tested and I cannot reproduce that, did you have tried to enable wp debug to check if there it’s any kind of error? Did you have tried to deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress and woo commerce to test the behaviour ?

    My mistake. I thought I had replicated the correct structure on the test site, but I did indeed have a plugin issue.
