After I import the demo data, I found four menus but all of them are empty. Please see the screenshot attached. I tried several times but I just don’t have anything, I don’t have “my account” object… and everything else.

Also to use the special menu items like my account, at Appearance > Menus at the top of the screen open screen options and check KLEO 🙂

October 4, 2017 at 01:52 #175611JasperParticipantHi Laura,
I did use the advanced demo data import to import the menus, and I tried several times. But all the menus I imported are empty. I don’t see any objects, I don’t even have the “My Account” activity, how can add the KLEO activities under “My Account” as child activities.
Thanks,
JasperOctober 4, 2017 at 02:21 #175628LauraModeratorHello, you can o it manually, as said at the other reply at Appearance > Menu at the top of the page open creen options and check KLEO
This should show special menu items at the sidebar, you can add anything you need 🙂Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionLaura Solanes - Graphic Designer and Web Designer

October 8, 2017 at 01:32 #175985janetLSchaperParticipantI am having the same problem. Doing what you suggest still doesn’t show a menu bar for me. The menus have no content.
October 8, 2017 at 01:34 #175986janetLSchaperParticipantI expected the menu bar to look as it does in the demo, but are you saying that we need to build menus from scratch?
Thanks,
JanetOctober 9, 2017 at 15:27 #176109LauraModeratorHello, the menu items from the demo are just showing the shortcodes and demo pages, for your site you need to add your own pages at Appearance > Menus. The demo menu items are always replaced or deleted by the site pages.
If you still want them, you can import them at KLEO DEMO > Advanced import > Menu
But again, those menu items are just the demo pages. For special menu items ( my account, login… ) Go to Appearance > Menu and at the top of the screen “screen options” and check KLEO

October 9, 2017 at 21:19 #176152janetLSchaperParticipantHello,
In the installation and setup video, you show the menus populated, and just make some changes. I followed the instructions for importing menus as per your previous posts on this issue. Nothing was imported, the menus are empty just like before menu import. I have also changed the “screen settings” to include Buddypress and Kleo. There are no Kleo items. If menu content is not included with the “demo”, then it might be nice for you to update your installation and setup video. I have used many WordPress thems with many different “demos”. Yours is the first to have empty menus after importing the demo. I expect the menus to look the same as they do on the demo, and that is not the case.
Thanks,
Janet
October 10, 2017 at 11:34 #176205LauraModeratorHello, it is included, as i used the latest kleo version in a fresh wordpress install. Please share access so i can check it out

October 10, 2017 at 20:37 #176267janetLSchaperParticipantHello,
I don’t want to be rude, but it was NOT included, you have had several tickets complaining about this besides mine. I downloaded the theme package from Envato, and got whatever package you have there. Perhaps you should try that on a fresh installation.
October 11, 2017 at 23:40 #176387LauraModeratorHello, will assign the ticket to a higher support level who can help and advise you in your query.

October 11, 2017 at 23:50 #176391janetLSchaperParticipantI have already solved my problem by just building new menus. You might want to check this out for future customers who run into same problem.
