My Site is so slow that i can`t work on it.

Hi,

i have a realy big problem with the sitespeed. I try this: https://seventhqueen.com/blog/code-snippets/the-definitive-wordpress-speed-guide-step-by-step-easy.html

The speed is a little better, but so slow that i can`t work on it. I testet the site on different tools and i see the biggest problem are JS, Css & the Requests.

Ist there a possibility to reduce this?

I try Autooptimize but i get a fatal error. I don`t know more what i can do. Can you check my site please if you find a solution?

I never have this Problems with my other sites, but this ist the first community site with buddypress and bbpress.
