My site settings not taking effect in all web browser

Hi,

I am having this issue of my site header, body and footer settings not taking the same effect across the web browsers and on mobile browsers. The settings only take effect on Mozilla only.

Kindly assist with this issue. Attached is a screen shoot of how it looks like.

Hello, did you add any custom code to your style.css or anything related to the header style?
