Nav Menu Roles plugin issue

Hi, i use the Nav Menu Roles plugin to add some extra controls to my menus, but there seems to be conflict issue with this plugin an the Kleo theme. I can’t find ansolution to this issue i the Nav Menu Roles support forum, so therefore i am hopping that you can help me out here. I am using this plugin on 10-15 other sites (different themes), but i never had this issue before.

Nav Menu Roles has detected a possible conflict with the following functions or classes: kleo_custom_menu.

Update: i found this article in the Nav Menu Roles support forum: Take a look here

“Hello, this compatibility between KLEO theme and Nav Menu Roles plugin is already fixed from and older version.
Please make sure you have the latest KLEO theme installed.”

Hmmm, it seems like there still is a problem.

What’s the conflict? I installed the plugin and even though I’m getting a notice, the plugin works. I’ve tested hiding based on logged in, logged out and role. All work.

Notice how it says “Possible conflict”? The plugin author added a check for kleo and prints a notice because of the issue before.

“Possible conflict” sounds alarming for my 🙂 I can’t see why the plugin author prints a notice, if the issue is solve. Perhaps you should inform the plugin author, that he/she should check is the plugin user is using the Kleo theme, and then suppress the warning.

The Nav Menu Roles seems to be working, but it’s almost like mig car. I have a warning light on the dashboard, but the car runs ok. But i still feel the need to take my car to the car workshop to get the warning light fixed.

Therefore i would say, it’s nok working perfectly.
