Navigation Bar Scrolling Issue

My navigation bar often gets fragmented and stuck on the page when I scroll down. Please see attached screenshot. Any thoughts?

I am not able to replicate your issue. What browser are you using? Does this issue occurs all the time or just random?

I am using Chrome, its more of a consistent random.

please send me your admin credentials and reply as private for security reasons… I want to run some tests on your domain… this can be caused by a third party plugin, maybe.

It appears its only happening in Chrome. Anyone else having these issues.
