NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY

I am having investors look at my site soon and need this issue resolved. When i try to register an account with the register element, after i put in the info and click register the page says

“ERROR: JavaScript and Cookies are required in order to register. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser, and reload the page.”

The regular register page works so i think its the element.
I need to resolve this ASAP Please.

Hello, do oyu have a cache plugin? If so, try to deactivate it.
Also try using another browser, maybe you have cookies and javascripts disabled at your browser
