Need to remove 1 value from home page search

Hello

Thank you very much for great theme. I really have one issue I am trying to solve but I am unable to do so.

On home page there is search with one field MARITAL STATUS, I need to remove just one value from it  “Prefer Not To Say”.

Screenshot attached. Please help me out. Thank you in advance.
