Need to show logout and my account options in top bar menu

I want to show logout option and other profile related drop down on top bar how to do that ?

Hi,

Here we have an tutorial how to modify/add menu items in it : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tm68XhG9Hr0

But at menu location you will have to choose top menu instead main menu, that’s the specific location for the top menu.
